You probably see a lot of advertisement in photo and video that capture a high speed action but to capture any action you need a high shutter and fast speed flash to stop the fast moving motion. Here at Kitsilano Beach, I use four canon 680EXRT flashes to capture a fast moving action of a player hitting the baseball using the water balloons.
