Ethiopian Outdoor Engagement

Just after a long weekend. Richmond, Garry Point park went back to quiet; making an ideal place for an engagement photo session. Teberih and Isaiah known each other since as teen growing up in Ethiopia. Fate has putted both into the love path when they moved to Canada after many years. I asked Isaiah why get marry now! As they are happy living together with a grown up teenager son. He replied because they never have the opportunity like most people growing up. I do admire him, for most people would have stayed on the same course, not looking back in life what they have missed but again we have Isaiah and Teribh!

A big red ship passing by while the couple sat patiently, this gentle ship passing by making a great background and a photo to remember. A story to tell in years to come. How often do you get a big RED ship and a many yellow flowers making a colorful backdrop for an engagement portrait! It was by luck for sure or by FATE! I'm sure they will agree with me by Fate!

High Noon Not the Best Condition for Portrait Session?

Most Photographers dislike portrait photography during bright sunny afternoon. With the strong day light casting a deep shadows in the eyes known as raccoon look. But with the right lighting gears can over come this issue. As always, bringing in my Profoto studio light, helps me to balance the strong outdoor condition.
