Canon Camera Gears at Whitecaps Soccer Game
Once a year the good folks at Beau Photo Vancouver Camera store and Canon Canada will host a special event, an event usually involves in sport photography: Baseball and Soccer. Special Canon photographers were treated with the latest Canon gears in the event. For the third years, it has been a fun event with trying out new gears and meeting new photographers. This year the event at BC Place where Whitecaps battle out with Montreal Impact. The game was broadcast live at home and we the photographers were at ground level or at the deck level, getting the full wonderful view. As a Vancouver wedding photographer & Filmmaker, my gears are consist of Canon 5DMKIII, 7DMKII and the latest C300MKII cinema camera. It is wonderful Canon Canada hosted such event, meanwhile allowing photographers to test out the gears in a real world event. This time my chosen weapon was the 5DMKIV with the dual pixel for video and a bright LCD makes a joy to photo and video. Beau Photo really spoils the photographers with some of the biggest telephone lens 500mm and an impressive, beautiful 11-24mm lens; I was amazed how wide BC place photographed. I would love to try this lens with my C300mkII. Btw, Whitecaps won the game 2-1; I look forward this fun event next year.
