Filmmaker Vlog Episode #2

Largest photo contest I have ever attended with over 30 Photography clubs from BC, Yukon, Whitehorse and 118 individual photographers who has submitted 297 photos for the evening of live judging making this a real interact event hosted by the North Shore Photographic Society (NSPS) at Kay Meek Centre in North Shore Vancouver.

I have captured the Highlight of the event and not all photos will be in this video due to the length of the exhibitions. I do have the opportunity to ask the judges what they are looking for, sit back and enjoy Vlog Episode #2.

Photography Clubs Photo Contest at Kay Meek Centre Stage

We held the 33rd Annual North Shore Photographic Challenge last night on March 4th.It was a great night with 297 images, we had 30 clubs with 6 images each plus 117 Individual participants. Our 3 judges, Erica Chan, Jason Kazuta, and Wendy Kwan did an excellent job and had some tough choices as we had a log jam of 11 images all scoring a high of 22 – 7 Club images and 4 Individual images were all tied and forced a tiebreaker for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both the Individual and Club competitions as well as a tiebreak for the overall Best In Show Image. This log jam also created a 3 way tie for the North Challenge Trophy for the top club.
