Tom Hooper’s film of the musical Les Miserables with a different story ending as you would expected.
When I listen to the theme song of Les Miserables ‘I Dream of Dream’, it reminded me of Susan Boyle Briian’s Got Talent Video Link as it is her first song for the Britian’s Got Talent. Susan Boyle latest blog

I was traveling in Hong Kong and have the opportunity to enjoy some free time with my lovely wife, I have watched the previous version of 1998 Les Miserables played by one of my favorite actor Liam Neeson who also played in Schindler’s List. I enjoyed the acting and the experience of cinematic storytelling. When the musical version came out it was time for me to relive the story again.

It was a weird feeling watching Russell Crowe sing as I have many of his movie but never though I will see him sing! He did well singing but not to the Professional level off course! I believe reading a review the movie was not lip sync but actual singing while being film, I would say he did well in this case!

Valjean played by Hugh Jackman who also is one of my favorite actor who has played in the X-men and Van Helsing

Story is not well structure compare to the 1998 version as the director took on a different root to play out Javert the local police inspector (Russell Crowe), if i didn’t watch the previous version or read the book I would have a lot of unanswers question why Russell Crowe would have given his life at the end! Nevertheless it has entertained me
